1965: Commissioner Hafizi gets off his orange Chevrolet Impala to investigate the enigmatic death of a dissident on the island Qeshm in the Persian Gulf. Soon he becomes entangled in a web of secret organizations, missing tapes and mysterious events – about an enigmatic Earthquake. Then the investigation tears up, and will be retaken 50 years later.

Haghighi manages a visually stunning masterpiece between detective film, political parable and surreal grotesque. Full of references and characters. Wild and crazy.
